Customer requests and service records

We save the contact details, property addresses, service preferences, instructions, quote requests, customer messages, and billing records you provide. Prices, payments, and balances are visible only to the boss. Service records include cut dates, upcoming visits, routes, and completion. The boss can manage these records; assigned crew members can see the information needed for their jobs.

Payments and receipts

Customers may report a payment with its amount, date, method, reference, and optionally a bank name and last four account digits. Payment reports and receipts are visible only to the boss. We do not ask for full account or routing numbers, card details, or banking passwords. Reports are verified manually before they count as received. Links to Cash App, Zelle instructions, or a configured Stripe or Square checkout use those providers for payment; their privacy practices apply. The boss also keeps private employee payout records.

Customer service accounts

Customers with a private setup link can create a password and manage their own service. We retain service changes, cancellation reasons, price approvals, appointment notices, and prior property history to keep clear records. Cancelling or pausing does not delete past work or payments. Only the boss can anonymize a customer account; retained financial records remain available to the business.

Employee information

Staff accounts use an email, a securely hashed password, and a session cookie. Existing boss-account verification is used for initial setup and account recovery. The boss manages crew access. Employee concerns, time off requests, submitted hours, and responses are visible to the submitting employee and the boss. Announcements are shared with active crew members.

Optional working locations

Crew may choose to share their phone’s current location with the boss while working. Sharing needs device permission and can be stopped at any time. Only the latest coordinates, accuracy, and update times are stored; no route history is kept. Other crew cannot see your location. Updates may pause in the background. Coordinates are hidden after 15 minutes without an update and are cleared when you stop sharing. Opening a location map shares its coordinates with Google Maps.

Services used by the site

OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure store and serve the site’s records. Address verification sends property addresses to the US Census geocoder. Route optimization sends coordinates to the configured road routing service. Opening navigation sends the chosen destination to Google Maps. These services have their own privacy practices.

Payroll and devices

Full bank account numbers are not collected here. If payroll is connected later, the employee portal opens the payroll provider’s website. The phone version stores only a general offline screen and an app icon for offline use; it does not keep customer or employee records in its offline cache.

Optional phone alerts

The boss can enable notifications separately on each device. We store its browser notification endpoint with the boss account, and use Apple, Google, or Mozilla’s push service to send a general customer-update alert. Customer names, addresses, and request details are not included in phone alerts. Turn off this device in the boss dashboard or disable notifications in your phone settings. Alerts may still appear while signed out until you turn them off; opening the inbox requires boss sign-in.

Questions, corrections, or deletion requests

Email cscutz96@gmail.com with the account email or customer details needed to identify your records and describe your request. The boss reviews requests to correct or remove C’s Cutz records and access. Do not send banking passwords or sensitive identification documents by email. Removing C’s Cutz records does not delete your ChatGPT account.
